My Dad Rocks because he was always there for me when I needed him.
♥️
I love that I can go to my dad with almost anything and he can fix it! More importantly he raised my sisters and I within the church and we all know and love the Lord!
♥️
My dad is someone that I look up to I wouldn’t make it without him he’s always been my rock he is a truck driver an I always miss him an worry about him our every time he leave on the road I say “I love you dad be safe!” He tells me “always got to make it back home to all of you guys love you very much” it’s always said every time I say it in my head while he’s saying it! Some ppl in this world don’t realize not only is he my hero but he’s also there’s couldnt make it with out truck drivers semi hero!!!! He’s the best dad ever I’m partial but I’m right!!! Lol
♥️
My dad doesn’t rock but I’ve had some great substitutes that have come in throughout my life to keep me on the right track. That guidance has meant that as a dad I rock and my kids won’t answer the way I do to this question. I’m blessed to be their dad. I have incredible kiddos and don’t understand how any dad could just walk out on theirs. Being a dad does Rock!
Love this!! 🙂
My dad rocks because he has held our family together after we unexpectedly lost our mom right before Christmas! It has been one of the hardest things our family has ever gone through but, through faith, our family is closer than ever!
♥️
My dad rocks because he has the biggest heart
♥️
My Dad rocks because he always takes the time to make sure everyone is ok. He has been raising his children full time as a single father for the last 23 years.. but has been a father for 37!! He still has twin 5 year olds!!! After raising my brother and I (37 and 35) , then our sister who is 23.. he is now raising his babies as a single father with full sole custody!! He has fought tooth and nail to make sure those girls have everything they need. Thank you dad!!!
♥️
My father is one of the strongest people I know. He worked his whole life to make sure my siblings and I had whatever we needed, always looking out for his family. Then he was diagnosed with M.S. and lost everything he worked so hard for due to not being able to work. But he kept on keepin on! He’s one resilient role model!
♥️
My dad has worked so hard his entire life; so much so that he has gone under multiple back surgeries just to go back to the hard labor to keep supporting his family. He also does whatever he can to help out and fix anything that goes wrong at my home an hour away. He rocks and I would love to show him some support!
♥️
My dad was amazing because he showed me what hard work does and he always pushed me to be a better man and father to my children
♥️
My Dad rocked because he had compassion and treated EVERYONE with love and respect.
♥️
My Dad Rocks for he is resting in Gods eternal garden.
I am proud of him for he lives within myself and my siblings.
He taught us to Love one another, Love self, be a good person of Character and Integrity.
Treat Everyone with Love, Kindness and Help others also.
My Father Rocked!
Happy Father ‘s Day Day and to all those Father’s In Heaven!
Happy Fahter’s Day to All Wonderful Dad’s
Love this! ♥️
I won’t leave a sob story even though I have plenty. I just wanted to say all dads rock including mine. He has taught me so much in life. Though our time is short I am sure, I have learned to enjoy every moment and I will continue till I can’t no more. He is the most amazing man that has battled life head on and made sacrifices to make sure we had food in the table and with little money we were grateful for the small things we received. Though I hated working at 3am in a garden picking potatoes or working on weekends on lawn mowers or small engines, plumbing, and how about when he make cut grass and pull weeds. I hated all those things. Well now that I am older I know that I can a lot of things that most women can’t. My dad always said times will change and you will need to know how to do things on your own. Boy was he right. I was given something priceless. Something that no one can ever take from me. Something that I can pass down to my kids. Knowledge and unconditional love. For this my father is the most amazing man and ROCKS!!good luck to all the dad’s out there.
Love!! ♥️
Even though my father has been gone for almost 20 years he is still a guiding light for his children and grandchildren. He was a teacher both professionally and personally. He taught us patients, love, acceptance and equity long before it was the in thing to do. We as his children and grandchildren are better people today because of the man he was back then. Nothing but love and respect for the man I call Dad.
♥️
My dad is the smartest person I know and can fix anything! He has been a guiding light in my life and I love him more than anything.
♥️
My father in law is not only the best father in law that a girl could ever imagine having but he is also the most amazing father, grandfather, husband, son, brother, neighbor, friend, random stranger and well honestly he’s literally just the best guy to anyone in the entire world! I am fortunate to have had the blessing of Chuck in my life for the last 15 years. His grandkids have been blessed for the last 18,12 and 3 years. His sons the last 34 and 36 years, his wife the last 46 years and everyone else the last 66 years. Born and raised in our tiny little town, where not many people ever leave yet somehow even less people stay, he has been a man’s man and has done everything the correct way in order to provide an amazingly wonderful life for his kids and has continued on providing unbelievably amazing experiences for his grandkids. He is an adventurer who has conquered many trades which include being a firefighter, a pilot, a truck driver, a house mover, a carpenter, a farmer, a master mechanic and so many more. During his time away from work his adventures involved his family. He was the local Boy Scouts Leader in which he molded not only his own boys but all of the local boys into great young men. Teaching them lessons that they are now passing in down to their own kids on how to do things the right way. He also lived going solemn skiing behind the boat on the Willamette River, riding ATVs at the dunes on the Oregon coast, crabbing out of the Oregon bay but his most favorite thing to do is head to the Santiam Pass and ride his snowmobile! Even though he loved the adventure he was always the safest most knowledgeable rider in the world! He not only knows the area better than he knows his own back yard but he made sure that his kids and grandkids grew up knowing everything about the area, how to ride, what to bring with you, how to fix your snowmobile and what to do in an avalanche! Over three years ago he was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer in his liver, lungs and colon. He was given at most a year to live. He started chemo immediately, was prescribed some medications, quit drinking, started eating healthier, started spending even more time with his family, and continued to work his full time job as a truck driver for the concrete company he’s worked for for over 30 years. He basically pretended that nothing had changed. When that one year mark rolled around we urged him to take early retirement and rest a little bit. He was resistant at first but we finally convinced him that it was ok to do so. Going onto that two year mark(a year past his “expiration date”) we noticed that he was getting significantly weaker, quicker than he had been before, which is understandable, as chemo and cancer can take a toll on anyone’s body. It seemed as though ther cancer was finally catching up to him. The doctor decided to try an experimental treatment and started with that right before we left for spring break. It’s our family tradition(weather permitting, you must have snow to ride a snowmobile!) To go to the mountain for the week. This year we decided to buy him a brand new snowmobile so it would be easier for him to ride with having cancer. He has always put his kids first, his grandkids first. He always made sure that they had the best, safest machines. While year after year he would have to make his work just good enough for that year. So we decided it was time that he had the nice one and didn’t have to worry about it! Making it comfortable for him continue riding with his family. Unfortunately, on our first day into the trip he was driving approximately 3 mph watching the kids ride and went of a snowbank. Under normal circumstances, a rider would have barely even noticed the bank and continued on riding. But do to the chemo his body was weak and he piched himself off of the sled and suffered a spinal cord injury leaving him paralyzed from the neck down. They life flighted him out of the mountain and told him that he’d never walk again. It only took him about 12 weeks to prove then wrong! Cancer couldn’t take him from us, crashing his snowmobile couldn’t take him from us and now he can even walk again! If the world doesn’t think that is a father who rocks then I don’t think I understand the true meaning of, “FATHERS DAY”! I love ya Chuck! Thanks for EVERYTHING that you’ve done for EVERYONE throughout your life time. We are truly blessed to have another father’s day with you!!
Such an incredible story! Thank you so much for sharing!! ♥️
My dad rocks!!! Hes a major staple in my life, watches my children so i can work. He’s there mentally and helps no matter the situation even if im in the wrong
♥️
My dad rocks because he’s always there for us, no matter what!
♥️
My dad rocks because he does everything for me and my sibling , he moved 1,000 miles to get a better job so we can have a roof over our heads and so he can provide more for us . He works in the heat for hours so we can have what we need , he’s always there for us even when we are so stubborn . Dad’s are the best thing ever and I thank God everyday for him he’s my best friend .
Love this, Noel! ♥️
My dad rocks because he has been through a lot and he’s always been there for my sister and brothers when we needed him. He taught us right from wrong and to respect others. He worked hard since he was 14 years old to take care of his mother and sister. I look up to him because I know I’ll raise my children right because of what he’s taught us and showed us. He’s been through a rough time in the past couple of years, loosing my older brother and then his mom and just last year his sister passed away also. He is a strong man and that’s why he rocks!
My dad rocks because he’s always there not just for me as a kid but for my kids. He’s been a hard working man his whole life and the perfect example of a dad. My dad with th help of my mom raised all his 6 kids to be hard working and kept us in a good path. My father has set the example that with hard work you can go from having nothing to being successful. He’s not just the best dad to both me and my children. Because after my kids father gave up on our family 11 years ago and left me at 17 with 2 kids, he stepped in and gave them the love they deserved. My father is the best father figure my children have had (husband now being the second). For my dad my kids are also his children at heart.
My dad was a great man. He passed away almost 2 years ago and J still miss him so much. He taught me everything I know and made me who I am today.
♥️
Without my father, I wouldn’t be not who I am. Happy Father’s day!!
♥️
I am fortunate to have 2 fathers! My bio dad was such a sweet and loving man, I lost him July 10, 2017. The last words I heard from him was, “I love you baby girl” I would give anything to hear those words once again. My step father took on responsibility of helping to raise my sister and I. He too is an amazing role model and is to this day. I am fortunate to have had 2 fathers who loved me unconditionally despite all my many flaws and heart aches I put them through growing up as a rebellious child. Both of them have made me to be the wonderful mother and person I am today!! With much love to you both, Daddy and Ric!!! ♥️♥️
Love this!! ♥️
My dad rocks because… He is a man who would eat dirt or live in a ditch versus take anything away from his children. He has degenerative disc disease and will break his back working on our cars homes or fixing something for yet he never complains or say a word even if he starts to stumbke because his legs or back has given out. This is a man who leads by example, who listens, who is generous. He’s on my side even if I don’t deserve it. This may sound like most normal dads out there but for me it’s different I was not raised by my father I didn’t get to build a relationship until years later. He always feels bad that I didn’t grow up with him . But I tell my dad that I don’t care about the past. I care about the man who stands before me now and I love him!! so whether I win this or not my dad rocks
♥️
My dad rocks because he has taught me everything I know, which is a lot. Lol he’s also there whenever I need him, whether it’s a helping hand or an ear to listen.
♥️
My dad is an amazing man. He constantly works hours on end with 2 jobs just to provide for his family and try to give us whatever we may need or want. He’s never home because he’s always working, but when he is he’s spending as much time with us as much as he can. He never complains about how much he works, but I know it can be hard considering the only time he ever gets to rest is when he’s sleeping. He is truly inspiring to me. Just today someone came up to him and asked if he had cables because the mans car battery had died; unfortunately my dad was going out to eat today with me because it was father’s day so my dad assured the man that if he was still out here after we were done eating he would go home and get cables to help him. We finished fast and off we went to help the man waiting. My dad is constantly helping others and hates when people feel the need to give him something in return because he feels that people should do it out of kindness and not to get something back. Whenever he sees someone homeless he gives whatever he can because he knows the hardships they may face. My father is someone I look up to and am very thankful for. He is truly a role model.
Love this! ♥️
My dad rocks because he has been amazing in my adulthood. He was hurt at work and fought to live. He used his settlement to purchase a duplex for him, my mom, me and our five kids. He has always been there when I needed someone to talk to especially the past year after I was hit by an suv. I’m left disabled and can’t drive. He knows I love comics and action figures so he takes me out to search for my favorite things. Even sends me pics of toys he sees while out and about. I love my pops.
♥️
My Dad rocks because he has such a great sense of humor!
♥️
My Dad rocks because he stepped up to be our dad. He didn’t have to take on that role. He also didn’t have to include me, as I was already an adult when he came into the picture. He walked me down the isle to give away at my wedding, he loves my children as his grandchildren (even though my eldest is older than his youngest), and he is genuinely there for me whenever I may need him.
♥️
My dad ROCKS the most!! He is 93 years young… he runs and plays with his great-grandchildren, even at his age. He served in 3 of the Armed Forces (was even a pilot in the Air Force! He proudly served his country until he was almost 80 years old!! So very proud of him!! This man is incredible and deserves the honor of WORLD’S BEST DAD!
Please tell him I said thank you for his service! ♥️
He overflowed with love 💗
♥️
I would say my dad because when we did see him after working, scout camping trips for the church, and helping others he would still try to be home to give a good night hugs. Even if we did not get them all that often. I always remember that where ever we would go my dad would end up helping others. And even thought I dont have much. I try to show my kids the same kindness that he showed me. He had a great dad too. And he says that if it was not for all the other dads there would not me kind and great people out in the world today.
♥️

I would like to tell you the reason that my husband, my kids DAD,rocks… He is amazing man that will do anything for his family, especially for his kids! He goes out and works very hard for us, he hates what he does but he does it so they can have a good life and that I can stay home with them and not put them in the hands of strangers. In our area we’ve had a lot of issues with child pornography and kidnapping, and he knows that they are safe with me. He will go without the most basic things like buying new Jeans, socks, or tennis shoes, if he knows that the kids need something for school or money for a field trip. Hes just amazing and selfless, and loves our son and daughter with his whole being. And never does he ask for anything and return! And that’s why my husband and father to our kids, rocks!
Wow Crystal, your husband sounds like an amazing selfless man who cares for his wife and children deeply. He definitely rocks! ♥️
Yes, he absolutely is!! We’re lucky to have him!
My dad is the absolute best. He is EVERYONE’S Uncle Chuck too. My dad is the kindest, most compassionate man you have ever met. I don’t think he knows the word “no” if he is asked for help. He loves his family and friends and treats everyone he meets with dignity and respect. He is the definition of a great man.
He sounds awesome! ♥️
My dad rocks because he always taught us that hard work and patience pay off. My kids dad is an awesome dad he has worked so hard to keep his family together and happy. He spends time with us and always puts his family first. I honestly don’t think he has bought himself anything fun since we had our first baby. It’s been an awesome 10 years and 5 beautiful kids later and I still can’t express enough how much he does to take care of us and provide for his family.
♥️ Sounds like he has some strong family values. Do you exchange gifts? What do you get someone like that for Father’s Day?
My dad is a special man. He is my hero. He adopted all 5 of my siblings and I (4 girls and 1 boy) when I was only 4 years old (I am the youngest). He is not our biological father but he is a better father/dad then any man we know. He is not our step-dad, he is our DAD. He has stepped in and loved us from the day he met us. I remember being young and not knowing any English. He stayed with me in kindergarten everyday and little by little he kept moving to the back of the classroom, to then eventually not being there so I can learn independence. My heart is my father. I love him more than anything. I even named my son after him so his legacy can live on. He has taught me what a man should be. He is the sweetest man I know and can carry a conversation with anyone. The love for my dad is indescribable and I’d be lost without him.
Cynthia, I love this, thank you so much for sharing. That’s such a heart warming story about how he went to Kindergarten with you. He really sounds incredible!
My Daddy doesn’t just rock, he is a Rock Star! He worked thirds when I was young, that meant he was at home while we were at school. I am sure we all remember when we fist started our periods how unpredictable they were. On more than one occasion during that first year or so, he brought me supplies and a change of clothes (remember how easy it was to be mortified when you were in 6th grade?). Somehow he usually managed to sneak me in fast food for lunch too. lol Even as an adult, he has driven the three hours to help me with something, usually a car repair I am doing myself, take me out for a meal and then drive the three hours back home. He is amazing!
♥️ He definitely sounds like a rock star!
My dad thought me to never quit, always keep trying until got perfect… he always learn new things and help me to be better… now he is an angel keeping us safe from heaven
♥️♥️
The fathers of my kids is a great dad who works 2 jobs so I am able to stay home with our children. Not only does he work both jobs but works overtime as well and only gets 1 day off from both out of the week. As tired as he seems he still keeps going and spends time with his kids when he can.
♥️
My Husband is the Coolest Dad!!! After work, he heads to his 2nd job-being a Dad at home. Although, some days it can get stressful, you will not be able to see it in his face, since he will take his time to play with our two boys, help out on homework, or go grocery shopping. Big Shoutout to the Coolest Dad-My Husband!!!
♥️
I got my looks and patience from my dad, everything else he made me earn it!
♥️
What makes my dad so special is his whole life story, the man he chose to be and how much he’s inspired me because of it. My dad grew up without a father and given up by his mother to his uncle. He didn’t have a family during his childhood so that’s what he always wished for. When he got older, that’s exactly what he did. My mother and father have been married for over 30 years and have 18 biological children together. My dad worked hard and eventually started his own construction business. Years later, when the housing market crashed my father eventually lost his business as well. At that point, he and my mother were raising 12+ children and sending us all to Catholic school. It was hard times and most people would divorce or maybe even shirk their responsibilities and walk away. Not my father. We struggled, but he never gave up. Finding work was so difficult that at one point he had to do whatever he could to make sure we all were fed and taken care of. He would even go collect pop cans and scrap metal to make ends meet. I saw the strength, the perseverance and the absolute dedication he had to his family during those times. He showed me what it truly meant to be a parent and inspired me to want to be that person for my own children. This past December he had 90% blockage in his heart and needed a quadruple bypass surgery. I believe my dad’s heart is so big and that he is such a fighter that he battled with all his strength and will power not to leave us. Today he has recovered and is slowly getting back on his feet, he’s getting to enjoy his down time on the farm he always dreamed of and surrounded by the family he always wanted. If there’s anyone I could ever hope to aspire to, it would be my father and for those reasons and many more, that is why my Papa Rocks! ♥️
Love this, Cecilia! ♥️
My husband is an amazing father to our kids. He is currently station in Japan but that does not stop him from daddy duties! He will stay up late just to tell the kids good morning before school and helps with homework on FaceTime. He recently surprised my daughter at her school… he dressed up as the school’s mascot on the hottest day of the year and entertainment the kids. When all the kids were gone (except my daughter) he took the mascot head off and left my daughter speechless! He is the best dad my kids could ever ask for.
Please tell your husband that I said thank you for his service! ♥️
My dad died from pancreatic cancer in November of 2000 . He rocked because he was able to overcome an addiction and live the last few years of his life sober. Sorry for the heavy topics but this was a huge victory and I am still so proud of him.
It sounds like he was an incredible man! Thank you for sharing! ♥️
I am all because of my Dad … you made me by sacrificing your needs.
♥️
I was fortunate enough to grow up with my dad by my side and even though I’ve grown up he’s still just as supportive. At times when I feel like my world is crashing down he’s always there to give me a pep talk and encourage me to follow my dreams and passion even if others may say otherwise.
I love my dad with all my heart and without him (and my mother) id be lost. Luckiest girl in the world! 💕💕
♥️
My dad pass a few years back with cancer he was an amazing man. Even when people confronted him he would always be calm and turn the other cheek and said it takes a bigger man not to be stupid and walk away from stupid people. He was a medic in Korean war because he told them there was no way he could shoot someone and take a life. So instead he saved lives through the war. He was my hero.
♥️
I am so thankful for my dad. Whenever I needed help he would always make time for me and help me with any task. I have 4 other siblings, so it was nice to have that alone time with him too. He is a great dad and an even better grandpa to my two kids and to my two nephews.
Love this! ♥️
My dad rocked because he always puts his family first! And he isn’t my dad he’s actually my stepdad but he is my dad! He loved me like I was his own and he didn’t even have to.
♥️
My dad is sooooo amazing. He’s does all of the things a great dad is supposed to do, and more. He can be mean when we get out of line, but his punishments never lasts long because he doesn’t like for us to be sad. ❤
My favorite thing that my dad does is our annual Valentine’s Day date night. I’m 13 and he has taken my sisters and I on our special date every year since I was 4. He goes all out, and buys flowers, big balloons, and gifts. He gets a table at a fancy restaurant, and tells my mom to buy us nice dresses and bring us to meet him. When we get there, I feel like a celebrity. Everyone is smiling and saying “Aww” and taking pictures of our table. My dad says he’s just showing us how we’re supposed to be treated. My dad rocks!!!🎸
Love this, Chastity! ❤
